Ca' d'Alfieri farm is located in the Val Noveglia, 10 km from Bardi Castle, at 650 m above sea level.
It was founded in 2000 as an organic farm specialising in horticulture and soft fruit growing on the land surrounding the property. The remaining plots are woodland or steep terrain that cannot be cultivated.
Mountain farming is "heroic": it demands great effort, skill and patience.
Although production is limited in quantity and strongly tied to the seasons, the quality of our produce is excellent and greatly appreciated by our guests.
The ingredients we grow form the basis of the dishes we serve in the restaurant and are processed in our on-site laboratory.
