At Ca’ d’Alfieri, we value peace, good company and the pleasure of taking your time over a good meal.
That is why we have chosen to reserve our restaurant exclusively for guests staying with us. Each evening, by reservation, we welcome a maximum of 12 diners, creating a relaxed atmosphere away from the bustle of large dining rooms and giving each guest our full attention.
In the morning, a homemade breakfast, included in your room rate, awaits you for a lovely start to the day.
The former stable has been transformed into a restaurant where we offer traditional dishes and products, along with more original and flavorful creations. The ingredients, preferably organic or locally sourced, mostly come from our own production and are prepared in our nearby workshop, ensuring the authenticity and freshness of our dishes.
You can enjoy our cuisine in the elegant dining room with its stone fireplace and, in summer, on our beautiful terrace: a complete immersion in nature, with a breathtaking view over the valley.
Vegetarian dishes and platters of cured meats and cheeses can also be offered on request.
