A farmhouse brought back to life in the forests of the Parma Apennines. Ca' d'Alfieri is an organic farm and agritourism designed for those who love simplicity done well. A place where time slows down, ideal for immersing yourself in nature and rediscovering the most authentic beauty of the land.
Founded in 2000 as an organic farm specialising in greenhouse and open-field horticulture. Today it grows berries, organic vegetables and fruit used in the restaurant.
The ancient stone farmhouse has been renovated using natural building materials. The rooms, furnished with 19th and 20th century furniture, enjoy wonderful views over the valley.
The old barn has been converted into a dining room seating around 30 guests. The cuisine is simple yet creative, with ingredients sourced from our own organic farm.
As well as lunches and dinners, the kitchen offers snacks and tastings of local cured meats and cheeses, accompanied by our own vegetables, sauces and preserves.
