The taste of mountain organic vegetables

The Ca’ d'Alfieri farm is seated in Noveglia Valley, 10 km from Bardi Castle at 650 meters a.s.l.

It was established in 2000 as an organic farm specializing in horticulture and cultivation of berries, in the land near the farm.
The rest of the plots are woods or impervious fields that cannot be cultivated.

On the other hand, mountain agriculture is a very demanding activity, because it needs tireless efforts, competence and perseverance.

Although production is limited in terms of quantity and strongly tied to seasonality, the quality of our products is excellent and highly appreciated by clients, who directly buy them in our farm.

Our farm production is the basis of the dishes we serve in the restaurant and of the output of our workshop.
