What we offer

Azienda biologica

Organic farm

It was founded in 2000 as a biological business specialized in greenhouse and open field horticulture. Today it grows berries, organic vegetables and fruits that he uses for catering and direct sales.
Casale in Pietra

Ancient stone farmhouse

The old stone farmhouse has been renovated according to the criteria and materials of green building. The rooms decorated with furniture from the 1800s/900s enjoy excellent views of the valley.
Cucina creativa

Creative cooking

The old barn is used as a dining room and houses up to 30 people. Our cuisine is simple but creative. The ingredients we use come largely from our own farm production and are mostly organic.

In addition to lunches and dinners, our cuisine also offers snacks and tastings based on a variety of local salami and cheeses combined with vegetables, sauces and compotes of our own production.

Agriturismo Ca’ d’Alfieri – Predario (Bardi)

Garlic aglione is an ancient variety of garlic characterized by very large peaks, delicate and sweet taste with excellent digestibility characteristics.
It is called "kissing garlic" because it does not contain the allicin responsible for the characteristic garlic smell. This vegetable has also been successfully cultivated in Valtaro and Valceno for several years now. Therefore, we decided to dedicate an evening to the discovery of this delicate flavor, declining it in different dishes all to be discovered.
