Garlic aglione is an ancient variety of garlic characterized by very large peaks, delicate and sweet taste with excellent digestibility characteristics.
It is called "kissing garlic" because it does not contain the allicin responsible for the characteristic garlic smell. This vegetable has also been successfully cultivated in Valtaro and Valceno for several years now. Therefore, we decided to dedicate an evening to the discovery of this delicate flavor, declining it in different dishes all to be discovered.
